Spirits allow players to briefly transform into another being that they have defeated before. The transformation deals out a simple attack or buff, then disappears just as quickly. Players can also upgrade their Spirits at the Keeper’s Shrines under the Cultivate Spirits option with Will and other resources. These are a couple of Spirits to use that can compliment in battle.
