Super resolution slider in Black Myth Wukong explained
This nice sounding techy term is quite simple in how it works, if we don’t dive too deep into technicalities. In its basics, super resolution indicates the percent of your screen resolution that should be upscaled to the targeted one. For example, if you would like the game to run in 4K (3840 x 2160) and set the super resolution to 50, the GPU will render frames in FullHD (1920 x 1080) and apply an algorithm to enlarge it to 4K and fill in the gaps as best as it can. Setting it to 100 will produce the best quality image at your native resolution. As a sidenote, bear in mind that Wukong sadly does not allow to play in exclusive fullscreen mode.
