DayZ: Frostline will hit gamers at the end of the year, although console owners should look forward to it the most.
DayZ will receive a new frosty expansion with a new map: Frostline. The Far Eastern archipelago of Sakhalin, with an area of 84 square kilometers, will open up to players, although it won’t be a hospitable place.
Forgotten volcanic islands are set to be the most dangerous location DayZ players will visit so far. Late winter may offer beautiful icy landscapes, but surviving in this frosty land inhabited by new species of animals won’t be easy. New diseases will also be introduced into the game, which the player’s character can become infected with.
