The usual Fortnite life cycle involves always bringing in new additions to the game such as skins, weapons and even temporary game modes. But once they’re gone, will some of these assets never make a return to the fields such as the Groot Glider?
Is the Groot Glider Returning to Fortnite In the Future?
Unfortunately, we’ll likely never see the Root Wing (popularly known as the Groot Glider) making a return to Fortnite. Originally a Battle Pass item, obtainable during Chapter 2 Season 4 at Level 42, the item has never been made available ever since, so if you haven’t obtained it and the other Groot-related items during that time back in 2020, you won’t be able to play with them again in your own account.
