In Gray Zone Warfare both Reclamation and Covert Research are about retrieving Cargo from a Fortified Hideout. The quest is the same for all factions, but the city in which you have to complete it is different. Depending on your PMC, you should go to Kiu Vongsa, Pha Lang or Nam Thaven. However, it seems that all locations look the same, except that the city is turned around on its axis on the map, so the screenshot below, showing the Hideout in Nam Thaven, should be helpful for all players.
