Conductive Metallic Foils drop from mission monsters in the Vespers region. They can also drop from mission monsters from the Sepulcher and The Shelter Duty of the Descendant (dungeons) in Vespers. However, the drop rate is abysmal. I’ve tried farming 10 Sepulcher runs, but haven’t gotten a single drop. I’ve tried extermination and supply missions and didn’t find a single one.
