On July 4, 2024, MiHoYo, Inc., a Shanghai-based game development studio, released Zenless Zone Zero, an online free-to-play action role-playing game (marketed outside mainland China as HoYoverse, published by Cognosphere, d/b/a MiHoYo), on Windows, iOS, Android, and PlayStation 5, with a focus on multiplayer.
You can perform a Perfect Dodge in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) by evading the attack as it hits then following it up with a Dodge Counter after the attack has been evaded.
What are Dodge Counters in Zenless Zone Zero?
- You must learn how to do a Basic Dodge before you can execute a Perfect Dodge. The hotkey for Dodging will vary based on how you play ZZZ.
- After dodging, the Agent becomes invulnerable for a few frames. This may be followed by a Dash Attack or Dodge Counter.
- When the flashing light appears, dodge
- As a visual cue, a blue flash will appear around your Active Agent if you execute a Perfect Dodge correctly.
- To do a Dodge Counter, tap the Basic Attack button immediately after the dodge.
