On July 4, 2024, MiHoYo, Inc., a Shanghai-based game development studio, released Zenless Zone Zero, an online free-to-play action role-playing game (marketed outside mainland China as HoYoverse, published by Cognosphere, d/b/a MiHoYo), on Windows, iOS, Android, and PlayStation 5, with a focus on multiplayer.

- In the video store, players can recruit agents to act as Promoters, but first they must reach a certain level of trust.
- Only after completing a videotape request from the Agent can players recruit them as Promoters of Random Play.
