Workers are the lifeblood of your Kingsmarch settlement in Path of Exile’s Settlers of Kalguur league. You can’t finish anything in Kingsmarch without your precious workers, and like all workers, you’ll also have to pay them with gold. To recruit workers, you need to upgrade the Recruitment area to the first rank. It only costs a couple of gold. Go to the town hall and look for the hammer icon next to Johan, The King’s Hand. Click the icon to upgrade to the Recruitment stage. Talk to Raulf, the Recruiter, and it’ll open the recruitment page.
