Serval’s best Light Cones increase her Attack and Ultimate Damage. If you focus on increasing Serval’s Attack, you can create a great build, and if Five-Star Light Cones aren’t enough, there are plenty of Four-Star Light Cones that will work just fine, too. Today is another Peaceful Day, an exception to the list, increases Serval’s Damage. Serval’s Energy is more important than her Attack here.

Serval’s Best Relic Sets in Honkai: Star Rail
A good candidate for Band of Sizzling Thunder and Thief of Shooting Meteor are Serval’s Lightning attacks and breaking through enemies’ toughness. As Serval deals all of her damage through lightning, she should use Band of Sizzling Thunder.
Serval’s Preferred Stats for her Relics in Honkai: Star Rail
If you have the Relic that has the best substats, focus on Effect Hit Rate and Attack or Crit for Serval’s Chest Plate and Boots. If Serval has a good stat for Effect Hit Rate, you shouldn’t worry about never having her Ultimate up in two to three turns, so you should dedicate one to Lightning Damage Boost and one to Attack or Energy Recharge.
