You’ll just have to wait a little longer since Diablo IV servers are not available in your region.
After launching Diablo IV, Diablo IV Error Code 315306 appears, stating: “Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV”. Is a license required to save Sanctuary?
You’re probably getting the error even after the servers have gone live. During Diablo IV’s early access weekend, there were long queues, and now that it’s open to everyone, queues and server populations will be much larger.
Besides restarting Diablo IV and getting back into Sanctuary, there’s not much we can do on our end to fix this.
