What is the World Boss Respawn Timer in Diablo 4?
Diablo 4’s World Bosses spawn every six hours. For example, Ashava spawned at 1pm EST, so his next spawn should be at 7pm EST. It appears that World Bosses around Sanctuary typically spawn about six hours apart. There are, however, some caveats to the main timer.
Diablo 4’s respawn timer appears to change every minute, so it’s hard to keep track of the next one. Some World Bosses spawn at certain times, such as 1:15 p.m. EST. It will still be around six hours later, but sometimes it seems to change every minute.
