Despite being squishy, the Rogue class does some of the best DPS in Diablo 4, and if it weren’t for that, it would be the best option. Although it’s squishy, I’ve been using a build that crosses crowd control and life steal with Twisting Blades. Now I have a complete outline, so you can start ripping through enemies.
Twisting Blades Rogue Build in Diablo 4
A total of 60 skill points are used in this build to provide you with all of your active and passive skills. The main focus here is on the 60 skill points, along with the Specializations and rotations that I use, as well as some of the best Aspects to pay attention to.

Rogue Specialization:
Combo Points
Most decent Rogue builds will leave the ultimate behind in favor of another active skill, and I do the same thing. However, to make the most of the skill swap, you need to know the best rotation.
Twisting Blades Rogue Build Rotation in Diablo 4
In order to succeed in high-level content, you should use the rotation correctly. Any time you encounter a boss or group of enemies, you should approach them the same way. To increase my movement speed and take advantage of the additional critical chances, I prefer to begin with the Shadow Step and then stab with Twisting Blades.
The first attack guarantees a critical hit, so I use three quick Puncture attacks to cause Vulnerability and build up my Combo Points.

Using Twisting Blades, stab your toughest enemy or the front of the group, then dash through the crowd to conceal yourself. Your Shadow Imbued Twisting Blades will fly through the crowd or boss within one second, guaranteed to be critical. They will not only slow everything in your way, but will also drag your Twisting Blades to the other side.
After you have earned Puncture Combo Points, use Twisting Blades after every three strikes. When Shadow Imbuement, Dash, and Conceilment are back up, repeat the first rotation. You should become familiar with punching, twisting blades, moving, and repeating.
Also, keep in mind that you can essentially infinitely stun any Elite in the game. Your Twisting Blades stun on impact, your Shadow Step stuns, and your passives cause dazed enemies to fall. By staying close to enemies, you can gain armor, life steal, and crowd control.
