In general, Bethesda games aren’t famous for their high level of refinement, even after many years of patching, there are still bugs in them. Luckily, fans have come to the rescue and patched them using mods, and Fallout 4’s FATE Patch (FO4 Fixes And Technical Enhancements) is the latest example of this.
