During Diablo 4‘s (Diablo IV‘s) Fractured Peaks zone, there is a side quest known as Call of the Ancients that rewards you with an Elixir Cache that you can find by speaking to Glous, the chieftain of the Bear Tribe.

The quest unlocks once you speak to Glous, the Chieftain of the Bear Tribe. He can be found at the end of the northwestern path from the Bear Tribe Refuge Waypoint, at the very end of the path.
Things to Do to Enable the Call of the Ancients Quest
Call of the Ancients can only be unlocked after completing the Hammer of the Champion side quest. In order to unlock the Call of the Ancients side quest, you must complete the Beast’s Challenge side quest. The Shattered Tribute side quest must also be completed before the Call of the Ancients side quest can be unlocked.

Steps Complete the Call of the Ancients Quest in Diablo 4
You can begin this side quest by speaking with Glous.
Make your way to the Hallowed Glacier dungeon, located just north of Bear Tribe Refuge Waypoint.
Slay Gharl to progress this quest. Fight your way through the dungeon until you find the Elite Monster, Gharl.

The locked door can be found by continuing to explore the dungeon.
The Bloodstone can be obtained by defeating the Elite Monster, Sakoth. Depending on how thorough you have been exploring, you may have to backtrack to find him.
You must return the Bloodstone to the pedestal near the locked door in order to continue the quest.

Be prepared for the incoming boss battle when you speak with Kravett, a trapped spirit of a Bear Tribe Shaman.
The Firstborn Cyhrach must be defeated.
