Diablo 4: Unlocking Vampiric Powers
The Hunter’s Chase quest in Season 2 of Diablo 4 unlocks Vampiric Powers. Once you have unlocked the menu for powers, drag the power you want into the Sanguine Circle. This quest occurs early in the Season of Blood main story when Hunter Erys attempts to help solve this vampire cult problem that now plagues Sanctuary. As soon as you defeat a small swarm of beasts, your first power will be revealed to you.
