The Hunting Rifle appears during Saga’s fifth chapter, Return 5: Old Gods. As you’re exploring the Valhalla Nursing Home, you’ll come across a Hunting Rifle behind some glass. While you might be excited to hop into the room through the door and snag it for yourself, the door is mysteriously missing its knob. This doorknob can be found somewhere in the Wellness Center, but where is the true mystery.
