Lae’zel is capable of wearing Heavy Armor in Baldur’s Gate 3, so if you’re hoping to keep her as protected as possible, you can achieve that at any point. You can throw Heavy Armor onto any character in the game, but if they aren’t proficient at it, you’ll notice a decrease in some other of your other stats.
