Do Resources Respawn in LEGO Fortnite?

If you plan on setting out on an adventure to find Knotroot, you’ll need to check some new spots since this resource does not appear to respawn. While I’ve been playing LEGO Fortnite for a fair number of hours, I have yet to see this particular resource repopulate in areas I’ve found, while other resources such as smaller trees do pop back up after some time.
