Warzone: How to fix the Menu Loop bug
As soon as you try to play a Warzone match, the game flashes the Warzome menu screen, then says, “Setting player info,” then loads the “Fetching Online Profile,” followed by a black screen before returning to the Warzone menu. According to my research, no platform is safe from this bug, so you are unable to play Warzone.
Restart your device
There is no easy fix for the Menu Loop bug. The only way to fix this minor issue is to restart your device. Shut down the game and then shut down the console or PC. Wait a couple of seconds, then boot it back up again.
Check for updates
If you manually check for updates often, you will have a better chance of getting the fix and getting past the Menu Loop bug, since Raven Software will be pushing out patches and hotfixes over time.
Wait for Raven Software to fix the bug
In spite of everyone’s worst fear, Raven Software can only truly fix the Menu Loop bug themselves.
