Where is Uber Malphas Located in Diablo 4?
You can find the Echo of Malphas in the Vault of the Loom dungeon on World Tier 4 or Torment difficulty. Even in the lower World Tiers of Sanctuary, the Vault Keeper boss is always at the end of the Vault of the Loom dungeon as a final culmination of all four trap rooms. For the echo variant, though, you need to have some additional resources on hand.
