If you get PIDF Guards to chase you, battle the Tower Boss, and have the guards damage the boss, you will be able to catch Lily and Lyleen during their boss fight! Once damaged, throw a Pal Sphere to catch Lily and Lyleen You can use them in battles or in your base, and they are quite bulky as they retain their HP during the boss fight!
