The best way to beat Marcus and Faleris
Generally speaking, you will need to be at least level 45 in order to fight this boss, since it is near the end of the tech tree. You will need some of your best pals to help you with this fight as well.

Consider raising your level to 50 if you are having trouble with this boss. In addition to improving your stats, you will also unlock the Rocket Launcher and Cold Resistant Pal Metal Armour and Helmet, which will make this fight easier. For farming XP at this level, it is best to defeat Alpha Pals at Level 45+ in dungeons or the Overworld.
Take advantage of the assault rifle
With Marcus and Faleris constantly in the air, the Assault Rifle is an excellent weapon for this fight since it allows for precise shots at safe distances. It is essential that you stockpile a lot of ammo for these weapons. You’ll be facing a tanky enemy, so you need to make sure you have plenty on hand.

Make sure you keep moving and shoot Marcus in order to inflict additional damage
A large area of effect is covered by some of Felaris’ ranged attacks on the ground. It is imperative to constantly move around so that you can dodge the attacks. Bosses also have weak spots that can be targeted to deal additional damage. If you target Marcus and Faleris with a ranged weapon, make sure to always target Marcus if possible. This damage will be displayed in a larger font size and orange color.

Pals with Water-Type attacks are useful
As a Fire Element Pal, Faleris is very vulnerable to Water-type attacks! Water-type Pals will also resist Fire-type attacks, so your pal will last longer in battle. Find a pal with Passive Skills that Increase Damage Dealt and Decrease Damage Taken. The battle is filled with strong passives. Hydromaniac and Lord of the Sea boost Water damage for offensive options.

Make your pal’s stats better
There are multiple strong passive skills that can be used in this fight to increase damage dealt and decrease damage taken. Those who are looking for offensive options can choose Coldblooded and Power of Gaia, which both boost Ice and Ground damage, while Dragonkiller and Insulated Body reduce Dragon and Electric damage.
The Statue of Power can also be used to upgrade a Pal’s stats. By sacrificing a Pal Soul, you can either increase their Max HP, Attack, Defense, or even their Work Speed. A percentage-based stat boost means that Pals with high base stats will benefit more from this than Pals with low stats.
Teach Your Pals Water Moves With a Skill Fruit
The elemental attacks you can deal with are boosted when your pals have Partner Skills. With Kelpsea in your party, you can deal more damage with Water-Type attacks during this fight.
