The base Energy Recharge stat is 100%, and you can increase this with artifacts, weapons, or character ascensions. A good Energy Recharge stat would be around 150%~200%, since that lets you use your Elemental Bursts freely!
How do Elemental Particles work in Genshin Impact?
In Genshin Impact it’s important to collect Elemental Particles in order to gain Energy for your Elemental Bursts. The Particles will give Energy to everyone in the party, but they will be most useful to the person performing the burst.
How do Elemental Orbs work?
It usually comes from attacking boss enemies, like Hypostases, to get Elemental Orbs, which are larger versions of Elemental Particles.
