Land a Critical Hit or Hit Enemy Weaknesses in Persona Reload 3
You can use Shift after you land a critical hit or attack an enemy’s weakness. This lets you get a ”1 More!” turn where the Shift option will be on the attack menu to let you switch to another party member.
Conditions Where You Cannot Shift in Persona Reload 3
Although, there are some conditions where you cannot use Shift. First, you cannot Shift to a party member if you have not unlocked the ability with them yet. Next, you also cannot Shift to party members with status conditions, or if the character you are controlling has a status condition.
How to Unlock Shift in Persona Reload 3
You can unlock Shift by spending time with Party Members during your free time. Once you get to a certain rank with them, you will unlock their Shift ability. You must do this for all your party members if you want to use Shift with them.
