Infusions can be obtained through different ways in the game, but the most common is by directly crafting them. You can do this in the Simple Enchanter’s Focus. Its recipe can be obtained after completing the first Site of Power in the first Abeyance Realm you can venture. This is a tutorial quest you need to complete to progress, so you likely won’t miss this dungeon.
