The Conference Room Key is a pretty rare key to find in Escape From Tarkov. Your best chance is to get the key from Scavs by looting their bags and pockets after you kill them. If you don’t get the key from them, you can also search Jackets and Drawers for a chance to find the Conference Room key in there.
