Where are you from Arlecchino?
It was revealed in Chapter 4: Act 3 – To the Stars Shining in the Depths Archon Quest that Arlecchino was born in Fontaine.
All people from Fontaine are born with ”sin” that can only be washed away once they dissipate in water, according to Chapter 4: Act 1 Archon Quest. As a person born in Fontaine, if all dissolves into water, she’ll be included in it. It’s likely one of the reasons why she’s working to solve this particular issue.
Arlecchino, are you Good Natured?
At the start of the Fontaine Archon Quests until Act 4, Arlecchino seems to be working on something good. From adopting Lyney and Lynette to finding a way to counter the prophecy.
However, Scaramouche and Tartaglia in their voicelines, think she has a twisted nature who only puts up a polite and kind front but will betray even the Tsaritsa if it benefited her.
What can you tell me about Lyney and Lynette?
It was revealed in Chapter 4: Act 2 Archon Quest that Lyney, Lynette, and Freminet are part of the House of the Hearth. From Lyney and Lynette’s character stories, it seems like an organization that adopts orphans to train them to undergo Fatui-related missions.
When Lyney and Lynette were under different foster care, they would perform small magic tricks for Nobles. One noble in particular took interest in Lynette and their then-foster father forcibly gave her away.
She was later saved by Arlecchino who adopted her and Lyney. Their new home is called, Hotel Bouffes d’ete, where other orphans serving under Arlecchino lived. As they do their missions, eventually the twins receive their visions.
