All Fortune Teller Readings in Persona 3 Reload
Fortune Teller Readings don’t come for free. Each of them has its own fee, and not all will be available as soon as you unlock this feature. To unlock additional Fortunes, simply progress further in the game to expand your options!

How to Unlock Fortune Teller Service
To unlock the Fortune Telling Services, you must first gain access to Club Escapade. You can do this by simply raising your Courage to at least Level 2.
