The Rainjade Oblation is unlocked after completing the completing The Cloud-Padded Path to the Chiwang Repose quest, which requires a lot of sidetracking through Chanyu Vale’s other adventures, including its main questline. It works as the area’s main offering system where you can put all those Carp Spirits you got to the test.
