So this is a major bummer. About 9-10 hours into Hades 2. I died in Asphodel and the game crashed to the Switch home screen with the message “The game has stopped because of an error.” Or something along those lines. Now, whenever I try to load that save file, the game crashes to the Switch home screen with the same message. Invariably. I have now tried 5 times with the same result.
On the one hand, maybe this is a known bug that will be patched out. On the other hand, it seems like a very random bug that is probably pretty hard to isolate. So my save file might just be dead altogether.
Absolutely heart-broken. Was loving every second of the game but I don’t know how much I want to replay the first 9-10 hours. Especially since that’s when you spend the most time unlocking basic mechanics. Ugh…
