To put it simply, yes, you can still go to the restrooms at Gekoukkan High and in the Iwatodai Dorm. Just like in Persona 3 FES and Portable, simply approach the restroom entrance and enter. However, since the Fatigue system has been removed in Persona 3 Reload, the benefits that you can get from going to the bathroom are different this time around.
What Was the Bathroom Originally For?
In Persona 3 FES and Portable, the restrooms were used to improve your Fatigue Condition. The Fatigue System determined your and your teammates’ performance in battle, and came with 4 conditions: Great, Good, Tired, and Sick.
