In RuneScape, Corrupted Creatures only exist in the Sophanem Slayer Dungeon. They are a high-level monster that requires Feather of Ma’at to defeat. Before you begin, make sure you have a lot of Feather of Ma’at, since each Corrupted creature consumes one.
