It is not difficult to locate Vulture’s Roost in the Jaffa system, located just south of the Kryx system and near the Porrima system. The Ophiuchi, Marae, and Schrodinger systems surround it as well. The Vulture’s Roost can be found on the planet of Jaffa IV once you get there.
