How to Summon the Great Clock in Persona 3 Reload (P3R)
Reach the Yabbashah Block (Floors 70+): The Great Clock will only appear once the player has reached the Yabbashah Block or higher (Floors 70+). This is the area you unlock after you defeat the Lovers boss during July.
Spend Twilight Fragments on Locked Chests: In these higher floors, you can start using your Twilight Fragments to summon the Great Clock. Whenever you use your fragments to open locked chests or to heal with the clock, there is a random chance that a door will appear with the Great Clock behind it.
