There are random Pal Souls that can be found in Palworld in open places, chests, or as drops from Pals. These Pal Souls can be used to improve a Pal’s stats at Statue Powers, and they can also be reset for a price of Gold Coins.

You can find pal souls at random in the open
In order to enhance your Pal’s stats, you must find Pal souls, and they can be obtained through different means. As of the moment, there is currently no efficient way to farm Pal souls since no consistent source has so far been discovered.
In the same way that Pal Spheres can be found on the ground, Pal Souls are transparent crystals that glow in the dark. You’ll be able to spot items from a distance since they’ll shine. The chests, however, are quite rare, so you might want to start looking for them or get them as drops from Pals. Keep an eye out in the open for anything shiny!
It is possible to obtain pal souls from chests
There are many chests throughout the world that contain Pal Souls, the most common of which is Small Pal Souls. However, acquiring these chests is noticeably harder than obtaining Pal Spheres, so you will have to spend more time searching for them.
The chests you find in the environment can sometimes glow, but they are not as bright as the items on the ground during the day.
Souls can be dropped by pals
In some cases, certain Pals may drop Pal Souls, and you can confirm this via the Paldeck by looking at the Possible Drop section at the bottom-right of the screen, next to Work Suitability.
