PoE Necropolis has introduced the 3.24 update, which brought many bug fixes and quality of life improvements, buffed crafting and changed the meta. The Spectral Leader is now one of the most helpful enemies in Path of Exile that you can reanimate with the Raise Spectre spell. It’s particularly useful because it can cast one of the strongest buffs in the game, 20% action speed increase, with an 80% uptime. Although it has a support role and does not deal direct damage, its utility is versatile and powerful enough to make it the top choice for any build from mid to late game.
