It is possible that some Diablo 4 (D4) Season 3 players may encounter a bug during the Drums of the Vault quest that prevents them from interacting with the brazier to upgrade their Seneschal companions. Read on to find out how to fix this issue and progress through the quest.
Here is how to fix the Brazier (Seneschal Upgrade Bug)
During the Drums of the Vault questline in Season 3, some players are unable to interact with the brazier. To fix this issue, exit The Gatehall through the door on the northwest side of the map or through your town portal.
The map instance can also be changed by exiting the game completely and then logging back in to the game–this works similarly to exiting to change characters.
