How to Get Messiah in Persona 3 Reload
Messiah can be fused once you complete the Judgement Social Link, which requires beating the 255F boss in Tartarus, and reaching Level 91 with the Protagonist. Messiah is only attainable by fusing Orpheus and Thanatos, the starter Persona and the Death Arcana Ultimate Persona. Since Death is a story Social Link, you can always fuse for Messiah in every run.
