The Ein Wrecking Ball skin can be earned by completing 11 of the event challenges for the Cowboy Bebop event. These can be found by selecting Challenges in the bottom-left corner of the main menu, then navigating to the event tab. These challenges range from completing matches, healing teammates, eliminating enemies, and using your ultimate.
