One of the rarest and most powerful items in the game is the Harlequin Crest, which offers these powerful stats:
- +1000 Maximum Life.
- 9.6% Cooldown Reduction [4.4-10.0]%.
- 11.5% Resource Generation [5.0-12.0]%.
- +20 All Stats +[20-28].
- Gain 20.0% [10.0-20]% Damage Reduction.
- In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.
Unique Items are extremely rare random drops that appear only in World Tier 3: Nightmare and World Tier 4: Torment.
