In Palworld if you want to advance through the game quickly and are OK with sacrificing a bit of the experience, you can increase the EXP Rate directly by customizing the World Settings.
From the main menu, select World Settings before starting up the game, and increase EXP Rate as much as you like. It goes as high as 20x, much higher than Casual mode’s 1.3x rate! You can change this any time, so it’s possible to edit the EXP rate and speed up the leveling process on your existing game.
