How to Craft in Last Epoch
You can craft in Last Epoch by opening the Forge screen with “F” and then adding any Runes or Glyphs to a desired item. The process is less of a crafting mechanic and more of a modifier so that you can get the exact gear you want for a build. Every single weapon and armor piece in the game, outside of unique drops, can be Forged to have new traits or more powerful bonuses. Simply drag or right click the item you want to modify when you have the Forge screen open. This will place the item in the center and then there are a few options you can change.
