Fixing OnCreateSession Complete Delegate bWasSuccessful == false
Disable multiplayer settings
It appears PC players are receiving an error message that keeps them from re-entering Palworld by claiming OnCreateSession Complete Delegate bWasSuccessful == false. In order to solve this problem, the developers have recommended that the multiplayer be turned off for the Palworld world in question.
- You can change the settings of the affected world by selecting the Change World Settings button at the bottom left of the World Select menu.
- From here, switch Multiplayer to Off before attempting to rejoin the World.
An official Pocketpair Community Manager over on the Discord Server stated that this bug results from a congested login system caused by the influx of new players.
The error message varies depending on the platform
- PC Error Message: OnCreateSessionCompleteDelegate bWasSuccessful == false
- Xbox Error Message: Failed to Host Multiplayer Session
There would be no error message for Xbox players if “OnCreateSession Complete Delegate bWasSuccessful == false” appeared on their screens. PC players would see a different message as listed above.
