On this occasion, the Team Ninja studio is providing us with more game materials as part of the YouTube series Behind The Scenes. This time, the devs took into account how our decisions will affect the ongoing story.
Story driven by allies
The plot in Rise of the Ronin won’t be linear, and the system of bonds we establish with our companions will be crucial to its course.
- Our choices, including whether we will follow the path of the shogunate or, on the contrary, will have an influence on them.
- Interestingly, choosing a given path or inappropriate selection of allies may make other companions hostile towards us, and during the game, they will turn from friends into opponents.
