There is a side quest in Diablo 4 (Diablo IV) called Faith in Blood which is located in the Fractured Peaks zone. The quest will reward you with experience and gold when you complete Depths of Despair. It is found to your right of the Waypoint in Kyovashad. A friend of Sister Octavia‘s, Petr, has a letter for you when you complete the Depths of Despair quest.

Steps to Complete Depths of Despair Quest in Diablo 4 (Diablo IV)
Petr can be found near the Kyovashad Waypoint, trying to entice you to pay attention to him.
Return to Kvera’s House and explore the Ominous Cellar in the basement of the house.
The quest will only be completed if you speak with Sister Octavia once you are inside the building.

If you are interested in getting a Holy Chalice in Margrave, you must speak with Priest Matvey.
Upon your arrival in Margrave, head east to the Western Tunnels area where you will be able to slay Bandits and consecrate the Silver Chalice.

The Holy Chalice quest item can be obtained by interacting with the Smoldering Pyre Wood in Margrave after returning to Priest Matvey in Margrave.
In order to perform the exorcism ritual, you will need to return to Sister Octavia.
When Demotath emerges from Sister Octavia, you will need to defeat him once and for all.
Once you complete this quest, you will receive your rewards, including a Prayer Book of Sister Octavia, by speaking with her outside. Let her know you have completed this quest.
