Not all dreams are sweet and colorful in Penacony, and Honkai: Star Rail makes sure to let us know about that with its many sidequests featuring the daily life of its citizens. One example is Oskana’s Emo Dial quest where she tries to bribe you to let her go freely.
Should You Bring Justice to Oksana or Let Her Go?
You can start the Clockwork: Oksana quest by heading to Clock Studios Theme Park, at the Screening Area Entrance space anchor. Use a Happy Gear to start her quest and she’ll first ask you to help her deliver her “toys” to her client. Yup, it’s your average smuggler fetch quest, but in space! The item in question is located at the Theme Park itself and its description clearly shows that it’s more than it looks like.
