The third Rayne Syndicate Tower in Palworld is where you will take on your third boss duo Axel and Orserk. You should be at level 40 or higher for this battle. The best Pals and Gear you can use for this battle include a Ground-Type Pal and a Double-Barreled Shotgun. 5 more Ancient Technology Points and another Fast Travel Point
In addition to Character EXP, you gain Pal EXP, as well as 5 Ancient Technology Points for defeating Axel and Orser. This is dependent on your World Settings.
You will also unlock a new Fast Travel Point on top of the tower, as well as an extra Technology Point, once you complete the battle. From here, you can use a Glider to quickly reach nearby locations.
