When characters in your party obtain Elemental Shards from Crystallize reactions, equipping characters will gain 1 Seal, increasing the Elemental Skill DMG by 18%. All Seals of the equipper will disappear 0.2 seconds after their Elemental Skill deals DMG, so he or she can have up to 2 Seals at once. Each Seal lasts for 15 seconds, and the equipper may have up to 2 Seals at once.
