On July 4, 2024, MiHoYo, Inc., a Shanghai-based game development studio, released Zenless Zone Zero, an online free-to-play action role-playing game (marketed outside mainland China as HoYoverse, published by Cognosphere, d/b/a MiHoYo), on Windows, iOS, Android, and PlayStation 5, with a focus on multiplayer.
What are Additional Skills in Zenless Zone Zero?
You can see additional skills in Team Preview by looking at the smiley face icons. These are passive skills that are only active if you have an Agent that shares one of your characters’ attributes.
- It is important to remember that in contrast to traditional color schemes, green denotes an inactive ability while yellow denotes an active ability. You can also tell when an ability is active when the face is smiling.
- During Team Preview, you can view each agent’s Additional Skill and whether they are active by clicking on the smiley face button at the top right.
- The Agent Menu also allows you to see each character’s film reel. To do so, simply click on the character you are interested in, go to their Skills tab, and select Film Reels.
